Beautiful dealership, great customer lounge with plenty of snacks and beverages while you wait and even better customer service. This is my first time owning a VW and dealing with a Royal has been a breath of fresh air compared to my trouble with another dealership in town. I was informed of everything, every step of the way, even just for a service! Every customer there was handled with care and everyone was so polite! And best yet, nobody tried to sell me something I didn’t need! Highly recommended!

Had to get my car's 48k maintenance done and a broken seat fixed and a software update to the computer. They were willing to rent me a car because my repairs were going to take all day. It worked out really well I was very happy with the service and fortunately my repairs fell under the extended warranty instead of having to pay $1,000 I only paid $100 deductible.
I never imagined I’d be buying a brand new car, but here we stand and she is a beaut. And all I can say is I’m a raving fan of Royal on the Eastside and their staff now.
Josh Bings and Jared Mann made the process low-key, low pressure, and high quality all while joking around with me and smiling the entire time. It was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had (including shopping online!), and I couldn’t hype them up more. 🙌🙌

Had such a great experience here. I was worried before my appointment that they would be like a typical dealership and try to tell me my car needed this and that replaced but they were honest and straightforward and did a really great job!
After three disappointing experiences with dealerships in Bloomington, I was beginning to think I would not be able to find a car. Luckily the fourth try was at Royal East. We walked in the door to be greeted by Mike Inman, who set us up with exactly what I've been hoping for. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They didn't have the car in the color we wanted, so he secured a trade with another dealership in Indiana. From start to finish, he made the process incredibly easy and we were treated like royalty. In the detail shop, Isaac took careful attention to make sure it was perfect before we brought home our Volkswagen ID.4. I'm so relieved that we have a car we love and that it will now be serviced at this dealership going forward.
We called the Audi department to ask a question about the timing chain in my a4 and the guy we spoke with was very helpful! He was very knowledgeable and told us exactly how to check it before our road trip tomorrow!!
I drove over an hour for a Honda accord i found online. My sales man was very nice, helped me out with replacing 2 tires and fixing a rim… then not even 2 weeks later my car wouldn’t start and they said i needed a new battery. The new battery would cost me $285 they said, and when i spoke to the salesman he was very rude this time around and said he already did me a favor by FIXING the messed up tires and rim. Not even having the vehicle for 2 weeks and the battery needing replaced is just not okay / good customer care for me.. it should’ve been replaced for free. The service department here is awful, unorganized & rude staff. They are only nice when trying to sell you something. I wouldn’t recommend.
